WHAT IS WIRE EDM?
High-Precision Machining of Hard Materials
Wire electrical discharge machining (Wire EDM) is a specialized metal processing technology used for producing high-precision components from electrically conductive materials. During the process, a thin wire electrode moves along a programmed path and removes material through a series of controlled electrical discharges.
Unlike traditional machining methods, EDM does not rely on mechanical cutting forces. Instead, material is removed by spark erosion, which allows machining even extremely hard metals and alloys.

How does it work?
