I, in accordance with the information provided by me on the website https://arca.com.ua/, guided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” hereby grant ARCA WORKSHOP Limited Liability Company, EDRPOU code 45395889, registered address: 07400, Sichovykh Striltsiv Street, 1, Brovary, Kyiv Region, Ukraine (hereinafter – the Company), permission to process my personal data (information and sets of information about me), the owner of which is the specified Company, under the following conditions:
1. Purpose of Personal Data ProcessingThe purpose of personal data processing is to ensure the implementation of relations in the field of advertising, marketing, and the collection of personal data for commercial purposes, including informing individuals about promotions and special offers of the Data Owner, the Owner’s dealer centers, and other partners of the Owner; studying consumer demand; informing customers about new product models, product manufacturers, places of sale of goods, and advertising campaigns conducted by the product manufacturer and/or sellers of such products.

Processing is also carried out for compliance with legislation regarding consumer protection in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising,” the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications,” the Law of Ukraine “On Printed Mass Media (Press) in Ukraine,” and other laws and regulatory legal acts, exclusively for the exercise of powers defined by law and based on the consent of the personal data subject.
2. Objectives of Personal Data ProcessingThe objectives of personal data processing include:2.1 collection of information regarding products, product consumers, product operation by consumers, detected defects (faults, breakdowns, etc.) of products and their causes;2.2 fulfillment of warranty and other obligations to consumers established by current legislation of Ukraine;2.3 maintaining statistics of consumer inquiries and product defects, breakdowns, and faults, and their causes;2.4 providing consumers with information about products, their manufacturers, and sellers;2.5 fulfillment of legislative requirements regarding consumer protection;2.6 compliance with other requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
3. Composition and Scope of Personal Data That May Be Collected and Processed3.1 surname, name, patronymic;3.2 date of birth;3.3 gender;3.4 address;3.5 other information about facts and circumstances characterizing the individual as a consumer of goods (information about purchases, consumer habits);3.6 information about communication means with the consumer (postal address, contact phone number, email address, etc.).
4. Personal Data Storage PeriodPersonal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes and objectives of processing such data. Personal data may be destroyed after the expiration of the storage period or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. Personal data will be stored by the Company at its registered address, and may also be stored by processors specified in clause 6.
5. Procedure for the Use and Protection of Personal DataPersonal data will be used by the Company and data processors exclusively for the purposes specified in clauses 1 and 2 of this consent in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Use of personal data by employees of the Company is carried out only in accordance with their job responsibilities.The Company and personal data processors will take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access by third parties.The Company and personal data processors will carry out actions with personal data necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including (but not limited to):
● rocessing fully or partially in an information (automated) system and/or personal data files;● collecting data to the extent necessary for the purposes mentioned above;● registration, accumulation, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, and anonymization of information;● distribution (dissemination, transfer) of personal data to personal data processors and third parties specified in this Consent;● storage of personal data for the period necessary for the above-mentioned purposes;● destruction of personal data after the expiration of the storage period.
6. Procedure for the Dissemination of Personal DataPersonal data collected by the Company may be disseminated (transferred) by the Company for the purposes specified in this consent to personal data processors who will process personal data on behalf of the Company, including third parties with whom the Company or processors may conclude relevant agreements, provided that all possible measures are taken to maintain the confidentiality of personal data.

Personal data may also be transferred to third parties to whom the Company is obliged to provide consumer personal data in accordance with current legislation (state authorities and local self-government bodies authorized to monitor compliance with consumer rights, etc.), as well as to legal successors of the Company in the event of the Company’s reorganization.
7. Procedure for Access to Personal DataAccess to personal data collected by the Company is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.” Thus, by this consent to the processing of my personal data, I grant the Company permission to perform any action or set of actions with my personal data for the purposes specified above, including:● collecting data to the extent necessary for the purposes specified above;● registering, accumulating, adapting, modifying, updating, using, and anonymizing information about me;● distributing (disseminating, transferring) my personal data to personal data processors and third parties without notifying me about such distribution;● storing my personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified above;● destroying my personal data after the expiration of the storage period.

In particular, I grant the Company consent (permission) to disseminate (distribute, transfer) my personal data collected by the Company without notifying me of such distribution in cases where my personal data within the specified scope are transferred to personal data processors and/or third parties for the purposes specified above, including state authorities and local self-government bodies authorized to monitor compliance with consumer rights, as well as legal successors of the Company in the event of the Company’s reorganization.
8. Rights Defined by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection”In connection with the processing of personal data, the personal data subject has the right to:8.1 know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of processing, the location of the owner or processor of personal data, or give relevant authorization to obtain this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by law;8.2 receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;8.3 access their personal data;
8.4 receive a response no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request regarding whether personal data is processed and receive the content of such personal data, except in cases provided by law;
8.5 submit a reasoned request to the personal data owner objecting to the processing of their personal data;
8.6 submit a reasoned request to change or destroy personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
8.7 protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
8.8 file complaints regarding the processing of personal data to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court;
8.9 apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
8.10 make reservations regarding restrictions on the right to process their personal data when granting consent;
8.11 withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
8.12 know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
8.13 protection against automated decisions that have legal consequences.
Notifications regarding actions with my personal data that the Company, as the owner of personal data, is obliged to provide to me as the personal data subject in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” should be delivered to me personally or sent using the contact details provided by me.

I grant consent to the processing of personal data and confirm that I have been informed by the Company about:● the owner of personal data, the composition and content of collected personal data, the purpose of collecting personal data, and persons to whom personal data is transferred or may be transferred;● the locations where personal data is stored;● my rights defined by Article 8 of Law No. 2297-VI “On Personal Data Protection” in connection with the processing of my personal data for the specified purpose.
